The Delta’s First Certified Sleep Facility

Everyone has his or her own unique way of sleeping. The truth is some of the nighttime habits you consider harmless may actually be signs of an underlying sleep disorder. One out of every three Americans experiences some kind of sleep problem. Symptoms can include everything from snoring, waking too early or abnormal breathing while asleep, to having muscle weakness or exhaustion during the day.

To help you determine if you could have a serious sleep problem, we have developed the following sleep test. If your answers show that you could be suffering from one or more of the most common sleep disorders, do not worry. Now there is help... The Sleep Center, a service of Delta Regional Medical Center.

Put your sleep to the test.
